Frequently Asked Questions

What brands do you service?

We service all major Swiss luxury brands including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Omega, Cartier, Panerai, Vacheron Constantin, and more. If you have a brand not listed, contact us and we'll confirm availability.

How long does a full service take?

A standard full movement service typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on parts availability and current volume. We provide a specific timeline with every estimate and will keep you updated throughout.

Is my watch insured during the service process?

Yes. Your watch is fully insured from the moment it leaves your hands until it is returned to you. All shipping is handled with insured carriers and documented throughout.

Do you use genuine parts?

We use OEM (original manufacturer) parts wherever available. For vintage pieces where OEM parts are unavailable, we source the highest-quality equivalent parts and disclose this clearly in your estimate.

Will servicing affect my watch's value?

A proper service by qualified specialists maintains and can enhance a watch's value — particularly for vintage pieces. Over-polishing or improper work can harm value, which is why choosing the right service partner matters.

Do you offer any warranty on service work?

Yes. All movement service work carries a 12-month warranty covering the components serviced. If an issue arises within that period related to our work, we will address it at no additional cost.
