Shipping policy

At La Lusso Co., every timepiece is shipped with discretion, security, and precision. Our shipping process is designed to protect your investment from dispatch to delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Complimentary Fully Insured Overnight Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight with full insurance coverage.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

In-stock items typically ship the same business day once payment has been received and fully verified. Orders placed after our daily cutoff may ship the following business day.

A signature is required upon delivery.

For added security, we offer shipment to a FedEx Hold at Location (HAL) facility for pickup with proper identification.

Order Processing

All transactions must be fully cleared prior to shipment.

For bank wire, Zelle, or digital asset payments, shipment will occur only after confirmed receipt of funds.

Special order or sourced pieces may require additional preparation time. Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before shipment, each timepiece undergoes:

• Verification against the listing
• Cosmetic and functional review
• Timekeeping confirmation
• Secure packaging preparation

Only after inspection is complete will the watch be released for shipment.

Insurance & Security

Every shipment is:

• Fully insured for its declared value
• Discreetly packaged
• Trackable from dispatch through delivery

Tracking information is provided once the shipment is released.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery with signature.

International Shipping

At this time, La Lusso Co. primarily ships within the United States.

International shipping may be available upon request and approval.

International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with local regulations. We do not undervalue shipments or alter customs documentation.

Sales Tax

In accordance with Florida law, sales tax is collected on taxable orders shipped to addresses within the state of Florida. Tax is calculated based on the delivery destination.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for prompt fulfillment, delays may occur due to payment verification, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
