Refund policy
At La Lusso Co., we understand that purchasing a luxury timepiece is a meaningful decision. We are committed to ensuring confidence and transparency with every transaction.
Due to the high-value nature of our inventory, returns are handled with strict guidelines.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 48 hours of authorization.
To qualify for return:
• The watch must be unworn and unaltered
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included
• The timepiece must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered
• Protective stickers (if applicable) must remain intact
Any signs of wear, resizing, polishing, modification, or tampering will void return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale:
• Special order or sourced pieces
• Custom or modified watches
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Cryptocurrency transactions
• Watches sold at negotiated or discounted pricing

An approved Return Authorization must be included with the shipment.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for:
• Fully insured return shipping
• Signature-required delivery
• Proper packaging
We strongly recommend FedEx Overnight or equivalent secure service.
La Lusso Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Inspection & Refunds
Upon receipt, the watch will undergo inspection and re-verification.
Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to approved returns.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Authenticity Assurance
La Lusso Co. guarantees the authenticity of every timepiece sold.
If you have concerns regarding authenticity, contact us immediately upon delivery. Claims must be supported by written documentation from a recognized authorized dealer or manufacturer.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our inspection standards.
Unboxing video documentation is strongly recommended at the time of delivery for your protection.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
